The first episode of the #KeepYSafe podcast by the International Labour Organization in the Republic of Kazakhstan examines the development of an effective occupational risk management system at enterprises, including key challenges, prospects, and best practices.

The podcast was produced as part of the innovative "E-Collab.OSH" concept, a thematic digital space on occupational safety and health, with financial support from the Innovation Fund of the ILO International Training Centre in Turin, Italy, and the assistance of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the National Confederation of Employers of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Paryz," the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the national project "Promoting Occupational Safety and Health through Social Dialogue in the Mining Sector of Kazakhstan" of the International Labour Organization in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
