KeepYSafe Episode 5 – A Comprehensive Approach to Employee Health and Safety
In the fifth episode of the International Labour Organization's #KeepYSafe podcast in the Republic of Kazakhstan, constituents will discuss the implementation of a human-сentric approach to occupational safety and health, the importance of insurance systems in the era of digitalization and new challenges, preventative measures to mitigate psychosocial risks, and comprehensive approaches to ensuring respect for the fundamental right to a safe and healthy working environment.

This podcast was developed within the framework of the innovative concept "E-Collab.OSH", a thematic digital space on occupational safety and health, with the financial support of the Innovation Fund of the International Training Centre of the ILO in Turin, Italy, and the support of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the National Confederation of Employers of the Republic of Kazakhstan "PARYZ", the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the project "Promoting Occupational Safety and Health through Social Dialogue in the Mining Sector of Kazakhstan" of the International Labour Organization in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
