In the seventh episode of the International Labour Organization's #KeepYSafe podcast in the Republic of Kazakhstan, ILO constituents will explore the development of highly qualified occupational safety and health specialists, including digital skills development and the use of modern technologies, along with the training of state and technical labour inspectors. The discussion will cover the development of scientific potential, the formation of sustainable human capital, and other relevant issues.

The podcast was produced as part of the innovative "E-Collab.OSH" concept, a thematic digital space on occupational safety and health, with financial support from the Innovation Fund of the ILO International Training Centre in Turin, Italy, and the support of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the National Confederation of Employers of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Paryz," the Federation of Trade Unions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the national project "Promoting Occupational Safety and Health through Social Dialogue in the Mining Sector of Kazakhstan" of the International Labour Organization in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
