The Constitution was adopted by the national referendum on March 15, 2026.
Description
The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, adopted by the national referendum, shall take effect on July 1, 2026, simultaneously terminating the previously adopted Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
